As a part-time Merchandise Stylist at Windsor, you play a vital role in bringing our mission to life for our fashion-loving customers! Your goal is to inspire and empower each customer by ensuring your store reflects Windsor's Visual Guidelines. You will showcase your passion for Windsor by managing merchandise operations in both customer-facing and stock areas.

What you do:

Brighten customers' days with your smile and create an inviting atmosphere using the Windsor 4-step Selling Method.Express your great sense of style and love for Windsor products! Share your enthusiasm for fashion and guide customers with styling advice to help them feel confident in their choices.Take pride in maintaining your store! From processing shipments to updating promotional signage, you work diligently and are always eager to learn and improve. Catch new merchandising opportunities to lead the team to success.That's not all! This role requires frequent standing, walking, observing, bending, and pushing. You must be able to count, communicate, read, and write in English. Additionally, you should be able to access all areas of the store, including the selling floor, stock area, and register. You will operate equipment necessary for store operations, climb ladders, and handle merchandise or supplies, generally weighing from 0-25 pounds. Varied hours and days will be expected to ensure effective store operations. The work environment is fast-paced and the indoor temperature conditions may vary.
