The Merchandise Store Manager oversees all aspects of our retail and e-commerce merchandise operations, ensuring smooth daily store functions, accurate inventory control, exceptional customer service, and a visually appealing and well-organized store. • Communicate updates on promotions, new products, and events. • Place orders for beer and merchandise items via Encompass Orders, Shopify, Put-away Bin, and Portal (glassware, promotional items). • Prepare all online orders daily Customer Service Leadership • Manage the merchandise email inbox.
