Merchandise Manager - Relocation Assistance Provided

*Based in Portland, Oregon. Company will offer relocation assistance. As well as financial, AUC, IMU and MSRP targets Partners with Planning to drive inventory investment, pre-season plans, pricing and promotional strategies and in-season management to achieve financial success Partner with cross functional teams to ensure product developed delivers on brand filters, customer, and financial goals Lead key workflow initiatives as assigned for merchandising team Extra projects as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, or equivalent experience 5+ years’ experience in merchandising in a specialty retail environment, and experience in children’s apparel strongly preferred Knowledgeable of trend, aesthetic positioning, and assortment planning ability Demonstrated success at developing profitable merchandise strategies Thorough understanding of merchandise financial planning and key metrics Highly analytical, data driven, able to develop and articulate insights to move business forward Ability to problem solve Strong presentation, listening skills, and excellent verbal and written communicator Strong interpersonal skills; and have demonstrated ability to communicate throughout an organization Effective working independently as well as in a team environment Able to travel, both domestically and internationally At Hanna, our vision is to be the premier children’s lifestyle brand.
