POSITION OVERVIEW:The Merchandise Flow Supervisor is responsible for ensuring efficient and secure movement of all merchandise. Associate will be responsible for providing prompt, attentive and knowledgeable assistance to all clients.CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To ensure that all shipping/receiving policies, procedures and directives are understood and executed consistently and effectively Maintain inventory in an efficient, clean, secure and organized and accessible fashion Anticipate merchandise maintenance needs and execute and lead plan of action Ensure all merchandise is accurately ticketed, re-ticketed, sensored and re-sensored Ensure proper and secure storage of all merchandise Support the visual, merchandising and operations of the store in regards to the movement of fixtures, furniture, merchandise, props, etc. 2+ years in related retail setting in the area of shipping/receiving Computer literate High School degree required, College degree or equivalent preferred
