Merchandise Data System Administrator

Maintain system continuity and data integrity.Job ResponsibilitiesCore Accountabilities:Analyze, build and maintain store assortment groupings and store clusters Establish and maintain business data needs for Financial Planning and Unit Planning tools Provide support to Price Management team Analyze current business, historical results and market trends to proactively identify risks, opportunities, and creative solutions to maximize business results Support and maintain seasonal set-up with new technology implementations Support planning and allocation reporting for ongoing business needs Participate in the development and successful roll-out of technology advancements and process improvements Build effective cross-functional relationships and skillfully navigate / influence business decisions. Ability to balance a strong leadership presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.QualificationsEducation/Experience Required:4 year college degree 5-7 years of experience with data analytics and statistical modeling Expertise in Tableau and/or MicroStrategy Experience working in Merchandise Financial Planning systems preferredPhysical Requirements:The physical demands described here are representative of those that are required by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Ability to work on computer and mobile phone for multiple hours; with frequent interruptions.
