Overview Position Responsibilities • Strong understanding of covered businesses including annual volume, best sellers, and in season trend.• Execute visual merchandising guidelines in wholesale accounts for each family of business • Must be able to give clear direction, manage weekly schedule, monitor productivity, and provide timely and constructive feedback to Brand Ambassador. Qualifications Position Requirements• Strong retail background, should possess visual and merchandising experience.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as reports and procedure manuals.• Ability to interact with all levels of the organization.• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.• Demonstrates problem solving and critical thinking skills.• Responds effectively to changing priorities and the ability to keep track of multiple projects on a continuing basis.• Detail oriented, highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks.• Must be able to bend, lift, kneel, and move product/fixtures as needed.
