MERCHANDISE COORDINATOR

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Merchandise Coordinator to work out of the Portland, Oregon office. We also have offices located in New York, Portland, Tampa, this position is for our Portland office. This position assists the Senior Merchandise Manager/Director of Merchandising and support the merchandising team in the development and execution of product in accordance with agreed-upon design, pricing, and brand strategy. ( LMS, MMX, Costing Log.) Sample Management: Process all salesman sample invoices and keep track of sample budget In charge of sample closet and making sure all samples are accounted for and organized Track salesman samples for assigned categories and ensures on-time delivery Oversee that loaned samples are returned in a timely manner Support general office administrative Creation and manager team’s travel arrangements Managing expense reports Office management - order supplies, etc
