Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator (Leading Apparel Brand)

Availability: M-F (no weekends)

Payrate: $19-22/hour

Position Summary:

Merchandise Coordinator (MC) will be responsible for high level execution according to a planogram, updating mannequins, sizing, stocking & filling in merchandise on the selling floorMust be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports.Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to develop visual merchandising strategies, and goals to be executed during each visitFoster partnership with Store Management to create a positive working relationship and achieve project goalsExecuting merchandising strategies in a manner that is least disruptive to the store and protects the customer experienceUnderstands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgencyProvide timely completion of daily Store Visit Report and photo requirements, clearly and effectively communicating daily accomplishmentsRequired Skills and Experience:

2+ years of merchandising experience with apparel, and/or footwear, including mannequin stylingAbility to provide clear communication effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written reportsTechnology: A smartphone is required for reporting purposes; tablets are not recommended. For iOS users, we recommend an iPhone 6 or greater and iOS of 12.0 or greater. For Android users, we recommend devices that are no more than 5 years old and updated to Android OS 9.0 or greater.Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and be mobile for the entire duration of work shiftAt Winston, we are ALL IN!
