Job Title: Merchandise Coordinator (Leading Apparel Brand) Note that this range is representative of earning potential and actual pay will be based on skills, experience, and/or geographic location. Position Summary: • Merchandise Coordinator (MC) will be responsible for high level execution according to a planogram, updating mannequins, sizing, stocking & filling in merchandise on the selling floor • Must be able to communicate clearly with store personnel and provide clear communication in written reports. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to develop visual merchandising strategies, and goals to be executed during each visit • Foster partnership with Store Management to create a positive working relationship and achieve project goals • Executing merchandising strategies in a manner that is least disruptive to the store and protects the customer experience • Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency • Provide timely completion of daily Store Visit Report and photo requirements, clearly and effectively communicating daily accomplishments At Winston, we are ALL IN!
