Our client is an established retailer specializing in home furnishings. The Merchandise Assistant will be working closely with the Merchandising and Buying teams. This role requires organization, strong Excel skills, the ability to pick up on new systems, and communication with all cross-functional teams and external partners. Take charge of the purchase order lifecycle Provide weekly and monthly reporting and sales analysis Assist with detailed order entry Communicate regularly with vendors Track shipments, deliveries, transfers, and discrepancies Ensure timely delivery of merchandise through communication directly with the buyer, Merchant teams, and external vendors Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required
