Merchandise Manager to ensure understanding of divisional and brand direction and strategies Create action plans to maximize sales & GM opportunities and minimize risks based on current trends, past performance, and inventory availability Manages day to day business for brand responsibilities:Select and order merchandise for stores based on merchandise plan, sales trend, and availabilitySales & GM analysis / reporting Promotional strategies Inventory management Floor layouts/store merchandising / linear footage analysis Forecast monthly receipts for production and full-price watches/sales and GM Partner with and communicate with E-Commerce team members on assortment building, pricing, and promotional plans Develop and communicate strategies, expectations, and results with stores on a consistent basis Partner closely with cross-functional teams in MGI (Finance, Brand Management, Supply Chain, Digital, IT, Distribution, etc.) Movado Group, Inc. designs, sources, and distributes MOVADO®, MVMT®, OLIVIA BURTON®, EBEL®, CONCORD®, COACH®, TOMMY HILFIGER®, HUGO BOSS®, LACOSTE®, SCUDERIA FERRARI®, REBECCA MINKOFF®, and URI MINKOFF® watches worldwide and operates Movado company stores in the United States.
