Merchandise Allocator

Responsibilities • Manages flow of PO’s and allocates customer orders by SKU and store • Formulates algorithms in Excel to create large sets of data • Communicates with accounts, sales, warehouse, and operations to optimize PO delivery • Analyzes retail sales data to forecast/plan inventory requirements in order to increase business profitability and minimize excess inventory • Suggests inventory purchases by SKU • Works with the sales team to write mill PO's and run samples to buy teams • Heavy use of Microsoft Excel, Blue Cherry and Data Raven
