Qualifications • Strong communication and customer service skills for collaborating with team members and engaging with customers • Sales and retail experience to effectively drive store performance and create a positive shopping environment • Knowledge of marketing and merchandising strategies • Ability to analyze sales data and implement actionable insights to optimize product placement • Strong organizational and time-management skills • High attention to detail and a creative mindset for visually appealing store displays • Previous experience in the fashion or lifestyle retail industry is a plus
