Formal Menswear Manager

We are seeking a customer-focused Formal Menswear Manager to lead our formalwear department, drive sales, and provide an exceptional experience for customers and wedding parties. The ideal candidate has a passion for menswear, strong sales and service skills, and an eye for style and detail.

Responsibilities

Provide personalized formalwear consultations, recommendations, measurements, and fittings.
Drive department sales through excellent customer service, relationship building, and upselling.
Manage tuxedo orders, inventory, shipping, receiving, and department organization.
Follow up with customers and wedding parties regarding measurements, fittings, orders, and payments.
Train and support staff on menswear, fitting, sales, and customer service.
Collaborate with the bridal team to create a seamless experience for couples and their wedding parties.
Maintain displays and mannequins to reflect current styles and trends.
Stay knowledgeable about suits, tuxedos, accessories, colors, and current formalwear trends.
Participate in team meetings and work with the social media team to promote the department.

Qualifications

Experience in formalwear, menswear, bridal, retail, or a related customer-service environment preferred.
Strong communication, sales, organizational, and customer service skills.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of style.
Comfortable taking measurements and conducting fittings.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively as part of a team.

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week
