Job Responsibilities: • Manage sampling and prototyping of J&M development of Premium Inline projects as well as special make-up (SMU) and J&M Factory Store business segments. • Collaborate with the design team in order to execute design, coordinate materials, produce patterns, and develop footwear prototypes during the product design lifecycle. • Communicate through email and PDM/PLM software systems all product development information to the international liaison team in order to meet all product development goals. • Work with Engineering and Commercialization on technical applications of footwear. * 4 – 7 years of footwear product development experience specializing in the athletic footwear industry or casual footwear business.
