Responsibilities include trend research, developing technical packs, collaborating across departments, engaging with vendors, reviewing samples, and maintaining production communication.
Ideal candidates are organized, innovative designers with 5+ years of experience in high-end streetwear, proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and strong communication skills.
They should excel under pressure, manage multiple projects, and possess a keen eye for detail and quality. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally is required.
While a fashion degree is preferred, experience in fabric development, wash processes, and a passion for luxury streetwear are essential for success.
