Additionally, oversee seasonal trim design and development.Development: Complete tech packs/design sheets for tech hand-offs, ensuring they are accurate and clear for the Technical Design team. Clearly communicate inspiration and ideas to both the internal design team and cross-functional partners.Organization: Create and maintain seasonal boards (both physical and digital), keeping them consistently updated following meetings and fittings.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional team members in Product Development, Technical Design, and Merchandising to ensure brand alignment. Ensure design deliverables are completed on time to support seamless product development and on-time market launches.
