Partners with Marketing teams to ensure campaign and financial integrity through daily monitoring to confirm goals are achievable. Researches, evaluates and analyzes data to provide pacing updates on a daily basis Invoice collection and reconciliation Responsible for campaign QA post setup Assists in creating performance reports Communicates on a timely basis with multiple partners within the Marketing Department to ensure budget is adhered to Observes partner meetings and transcribes key takeaways to share broadly with the Marketing team Coordinates and schedules ongoing learning agenda with key partners Suggests and builds process improvements & new procedures within Billing and QA processes Maintains daily budget tracking documents Provides final review of campaign setup prior to launch Communicates required changes in a timely and efficient manner to ensure delivery Ability to work independently in a fast-paced organization Ability to accomplish objectives in a team-oriented environment Ability to independently follow complex documentation Proficiency using Google Sheets, Docs and other Google products within the suite
