Materials Development and Execution Associate

The Materials Development and Execution Associate is responsible for supporting the Materials Development and Execution team in developing new fabric and trims tied to the Category Sourcing strategy. In addition, the Materials Development and Execution Associate will support print development and execution for Tommy Bahama signature prints, fabric approvals and sample yardage order and tracking. Maintain tracking charts for all developments to ensure Design, Sourcing and Production counterparts are in the loop of approvals and costing. Experience with Flex PLM preferred Strong MS Office, especially Excel skills preferred Ability to work independently and collaboratively with management and cross functional teams Demonstrated experience negotiating with and managing vendors.
