About the Role As a key member of our alterations team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and managing alterations on men's garments with precision and speed. • You will perform and complete alterations according to Indochino's guidelines and service standards, ensuring quality and productivity levels are consistently met. • Maintain a thorough knowledge of garment fitting, fabrics, styling, manufacturing techniques, garment construction, and men's suiting to deliver high-quality alterations. A background in Fashion Retail and previous experience working in a fast-paced environment are highly desirable, as is your ability to interact with customers and coworkers in a personable, professional manner.
