Job Summary The Mass Market Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Product Development Manager of the Mass Market Division with overall project management as well as administrative and clerical duties in dealing with Mass Market retailers. Examples of Essential Duties and Responsibilities Data entry: accurately enter all data needed to complete Product Offer and Supplier Quotes in Walmart’s Retail Link system, and maintain internal spreadsheets with HTS codes, duty rates, case pack sizes, etc. to complete quotes for all mass market retailers Organize, prepare, and ship out all customers’ samples As a key administrator, continuously monitor Walmart’s Retail Link system to stay on top of any demands/requirements and communicate any changes to Design, Pre-production & Production teams Monitor Time and Action calendar together with the Senior Product Development Manager by maintaining constant communication with mass market accounts’ global sourcing team and/or agents. Follow up with internal teams for upcoming events to ensure deadlines are being met and that changes are communicated effectively. Complete administrative forms such as: Vendor Registrations, Agreements, Licenses, etc.
