Responsibilities • Assist in daily operations of the store , • Work in various areas including merchandise presentation, processing, markdowns, cashier, customer service, dressing room, and layaway , • Greet, interact with, and thank customers regularly , • Establish and execute merchandising plans and priorities , • Train store associates on proper merchandising procedures and markdowns , • Lead by example in providing prompt and courteous customer service , • Ensure fresh flow of merchandise from backroom to sales floor , • Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to all customers , • Resolve customer service issues appropriately and competently , • Train and develop store associates on customer service standards and register procedures , • Process merchandise for the backroom of the store , • Ensure backroom area is organized and ready to receive and flow goods , • Oversee administrative, clerical, and office activities Requirements • Experience in customer service , • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends , • Strong communication skills , • Ability to train and develop others Benefits • Employee discount
