Marketing & Operations Manager

• Reports to the Vice President of Store Operations • Responsible for creating, reviewing and updating Merchandising Directive/Promotion Price sheet for all store locations • Responsible for creating Events memos to support new products, merchandise promotions, Text-to-Win, Tailoring and other marketing initiatives • Gatekeeper for in-store pricing and promotion communications submitted to The Link platform • Manages for Prom Rewards (and Church Rewards in the future) • Responsible for creating Sale and Event Signage in partnership with the merchant teams • Responsible for executing in-store promotions in XC Commerce. • Co-Responsible for ensuring compliance with all terms of the contract for the proprietor of the Tailor Shop located in all stores • Co-Office manager with Senior Store Operations & Technology Manager • Associate degree required. Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and position-related experience preferred • Retail merchandising (Product/Assortments/Pricing) experience preferred.
