MARKETING MANAGER, CREDIT CARD

Execute private label credit card strategy, marketing plans and develop goals to achieve corporate objectives Manage cross-functional efforts to drive growth through credit card program, and integrate credit card/loyalty initiatives into all marketing programs Ensure seamless customer experience to guide long term loyalty strategies Develop communications calendar for card program; work with creative partners to develop and maintain all credit collateral Drive innovation in the credit and loyalty programs, suggesting and executing new tests to drive KPI's towards goals (acquisition, retention, reactivation) Collaborate regularly with merchants, marketing, creative, finance, external partner and cross-channel representatives to ensure alignment of goals and responsibilities Review and create appropriate terms and conditions for all customer promotions Develop a deep understanding of the brand's identity including product, editorial and marketing initiatives in order to create loyalty initiatives that meet both financial and brand-building goals Communicate results regularly through informal and formal presentations; provide recommendations to brand partners and Executive Leadership and influence them to take action where needed Operations Program Management - 30% Serve as a key liaison between the brands, marketing, and external partners Work with internal partners to manage to financial program performance Set and manage quarterly Operating Committee meetings, inclusive of internal and external partners Ensure program compliance; working with internal operations and training teams Partner with vendor to manage fielding training team of 6 Bachelors degree or higher required, Marketing emphasis preferred 4-6 years of CRM marketing experience in a fast-paced multi-channel retail environment History of launching/managing credit card programs (private label, cobranded) Experience with loyalty marketing Advanced excel skills, Tableau and Adobe Analytics preferred Strong understanding of direct marketing principles, online to offline consumer behavior Results-driven project management experience Proven ability to translate analytic data into strategic ideas Excellent written, verbal, problem-solving and ROI-based decision-making skills Self-motivated and detail-oriented Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to establish strong relationships with cross-functional teams at all levels Strength in developing and maintaining internal partnerships Able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and comfortable self-starting on solutions
