Our client, a Beauty Brand, is seeking a Global Brand Manager who brings 5+ years of “Marketing know-how” learned in an agency environment or a global marketing role internally within Beauty Brand. Must have experience with the full life cycle of project management from ideation, creative thought, process to delivery, and know how to analyze success. Responsibilities: Brand Management experience Develop ideas that fill the strategic innovation funnel Tightly manage projects Work with regional and marketing leads to incorporate innovation and communications Drive and manage all aspects of innovation from idea to launch including insight development and testing, business case modeling, communication & POS assets, and sell-in through each stage Manage Advertising & Marketing budgets Develop media strategy recommendations to optimize opportunities Demonstrate an understanding of brand DNA of a company, customer, and competition and translate to insightful strategy Analyze the opportunities of new products, making recommendations based on sales and profit analysis. Become the brand expert through ongoing analysis, consumer insights, and knowledge of category dynamics and competition Work with multi-level cross-functional partners Qualifications: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Excel super user Advanced analytical / quantitative acumen with strong knowledge of key syndicated data (Nielsen/IRI) preferred and experience developing business cases Strong project management skills and understanding of NPD process from ideation to execution 5+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing or Brand Management Experience working in Cosmetics, Beauty, Skin Care, Personal Care.
