This includes new full-priced store openings, events at wholesale doors, etc Partner with licensing on developing and sharing best practices and assets with our domestic and international licensing partners Develop and manage all trade show executions and programs Oversee the creative execution of brand-led in-store marketing initiatives Work with our own graphics team, as well as DTC division on the development of window programs for PE and OP, which will then be shared with international partners Partner closely with our DTC and wholesale teams to understand the buys per season, important product stories, and which items should be reflected in brand creative. Wholesale Partner with brand manager, develop creative brief, short list, and style out/product selection for the seasonal wholesale image print campaigns and key item signage. Manage and lead the execution of seasonal collateral changes at wholesale Using VR software, develop, create and deliver merchandising directives per wholesale account as needed - Perry Ellis requires monthly directives whereas Original Penguin and Rafaella are quarterly Develop marketing programs that support our biggest wholesale doors (e.g., Macy’s Herald Square, Aventura, etc) Manage the co-op programs for each brand at Macy’s, Dillard’s, Belk and other partners Create digital briefs, manage production, selection, and delivery of all digital creative assets Oversee the creative execution of brand-led in-store marketing initiatives Create seasonal product knowledge and asset guides for accounts when applicable. Showroom Oversee management of Perry Ellis, Original Penguin, Perry Ellis America showrooms as well as showroom common areas In conjunction with the Art Director, execute main showroom concepts & setups for market weeks and other events In conjunction with the Art Director, source all props and images when needed. Understanding and previous experience in developing in-store marketing campaigns at the wholesale level, as well as managing and executing co-op plans with wholesale partners Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational skills Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams Ability to manage and execute multiple projects at a time; highly organized with keen attention to detail Strong oral and written communications skills
