MARKETING MANAGER

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:Perry Ellis International, Inc. represents a diverse portfolio of lifestyle apparel brands. The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including: Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel.We are currently looking for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Miami, FL! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :      * Direct the strategic creation, development, communications and implementation of assigned Golf & Tennis brands within the marketing budget     * Plan and recommend marketing strategies to achieve maximum market penetration with retail partners     * Collaborate with Sales/Design/Graphics, as well as external resources to create an integrated marketing strategy for the brands     * Participate in the development and implementation of collateral and marketing materials     * Lead and manage the marketing department on: Retail Marketing, Public Relations and Event Marketing     * Provide a consistent, fair and situational management style in order to maintain a cohesive department     * Develop a marketing plan and budget for the brands     * Develop consistent messaging to various constituents, including press, prospects and existing customers     * Provide competitive/market research and analysis of market trends and opportunities for presentations. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
