Responsibilities Works with Marketing team and other designers on the overall visual appearance of the brand and how it communicates to the target audience. Ideal candidate has a "big picture" mentality and will play a role in developing the visual language that defines the brand. Interpret and apply seasonal merchandising creative briefs to all Marketing materials. Proficient in all design related programs: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects. A solid understanding of the principles of design and the ability to apply them to complex tasks Creative problem solving, communication skills, and decision-making skills.
