The Email Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in developing, designing, and executing effective email marketing campaigns for HBI’s key US brands. This candidate will have a solid understanding of the email channel and proven expertise in building email campaigns. Create and administer an A/B test calendar, that can quantify the effects of changes made to marketing campaigns. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field 1-2 years relevant work experience in email marketing or similar role Familiarity with HTML and CSS for email template customization is a plus Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for email marketing campaigns. Ability to work on simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment Curious self-starter with problem-solving skills Effective communication skills and presentation skills
