The marketing director will also create engaging content across the brand’s social media channels, develop influencer relationships, and foster meaningful partnerships for the brand. • Oversee customer experience initiatives such as packaging, customer loyalty programs, and giveaways to increase brand loyalty and customer retention both in-store and through e-commerce channels. • Ensure the seamless flow of information between cross-functional partners and be responsible for the project management of marketing campaigns. • Entrepreneurial mindset who wants to have their innovative ideas to be heard and to drive the brand forward. Competencies: • Define annual road map and vision for paid social channels 1-2 years of social media experience within the fashion or lifestyle industry • Passion for Social Media & Influencer Marketing • Strong understanding of paid vs. organic social media • Self – motivated with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment
