The Marketing Designer will also support department goals by contributing to brainstorming sessions, research, and execution on strategy for across media implementation. \- Participates in brainstorming sessions with cross functional teams to develop marketing strategy and initiatives that align with project goals, brand positioning, and target audiences \- Identifies gaps in marketing strategy and looks for ways to strengthen the FOREO brand \- Other duties as assigned, to include various ad-hoc research projects and/or special projects \- Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the jobKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: \- Bachelor's degree in design, marketing or related field preferred \- Demonstrated ability to implement and execute concepts \- Ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team of peers \- Willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve \- Photography skills are a plus \- Beauty industry experience or interest a plus \- Video editing skills are a plus (Adobe Premiere, After Effects) \- Ability to work a flexible schedule (work hours will be based on business needs) Requirements: \- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent \- Minimum of two (2) years of experience at a design/marketing agency or in- house creative/marketing department \- Strong knowledge of graphic design tools across a variety of media (print, motion, web) \- Strong attention to detail \- Strong typography skills \- Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing including presentation and speaking skills \- Advanced proficiency with Google Suite applications \- Occasional national travelWork Environment & Physical Demands:Individual must possess the knowledge and following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities: \- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time \- Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents \- Sufficient vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in hand-written forms, and printed on papers \- Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone \- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
