Marketing and Sales Associate

Job Title: Sales Associate (Day Shift) Location: Voxn Clothing – [Insert Store Location] Hours: Part-Time | 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Reports To: Store Manager Company Overview Key Responsibilities • Sales & Customer Service • Greet customers, provide styling advice, and drive in-store sales • Ensure an exceptional and personalized customer experience • Register Operations • Accurately handle all point-of-sale transactions • Balance register at opening and closing • Store Maintenance • Keep sales floor, fitting rooms, and checkout area clean and organized • Maintain cleanliness standards throughout the shift • Visual Merchandising • Assist with creating and maintaining attractive product displays • Ensure merchandise is properly tagged and organized • Inventory Management • Receive, unpack, and organize inventory • Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking as needed • Marketing Support • Participate in social media content creation (if applicable) • Assist with in-store promotions and brand events Schedule • Must be available to work 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM, including some weekends or holidays if needed.
