Marketing and Merchandising Manager, Amazon Fashion and Fitness

The ideal candidate is a strong project manager who is customer obsessed, data-driven, detail-oriented, and excited to work in a fast-paced environment. Core Responsibilities Of The Marketing Manager Will Be To • Quickly onboard to utilize Amazon marketing tools and services to build and execute site builds that will go live to customers • Track progress to marketing metrics, goals, and KPIs to measure success of marketing campaigns • Identify trends and signals in which types of campaigns, including creative, product, or messaging is performing best, and utilize these inputs to optimize campaign strategy over time • Own merchandised landing pages, detail page and search experimentation by managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization. • Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers. Basic Qualifications • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion • Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels Amazon is a total compensation company.
