MARKETING AND ACCOUNT MANAGER - Amazon

Serve as the key point of contact for Amazon business lead: run, review and analyze weekly/monthly/quarterly/seasonal business performance vs. Key performance indicators Analyze a wide range of performance metrics and KPI’s from multiple sources and teams to optimize sales and profitability across wholesale e-commerce partners. Make succinct and actionable data-led recommendations and influence buy-in on recommendations and strategies across the organization Identify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business metrics that drive growth and profitability for ecommerce partner sales Identify, coordinate and engage teams to take action on best practices across total ecommerce partner sites and owned sites (where applicable) Run and analyze in season business performance for total ecommerce partner sites both domestically and internationally. Manage advertising campaigns and strategies with external media agency (Amazon specific) Build strong relationships with Partners and peers; be a trusted advisor and the single Point of contact for their issues, questions, requests, escalations, and concerns. 7+ years experience deep familiarity with wholesale retail, digital marketing & ecommerce Amazon and Vendor Central experience is required Deep analytical and quantitative skills with an emphasis on identifying actionable insights Strategic thinker, big picture, enterprise mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of operational excellence Demonstrates a high level of ownership and the ability to deal with ambiguity.
