Managing Director – Boutique Fashion Headwear Brand

Location: St. Louis, MO Salary Range: $130,000 – $180,000 base + performance bonus + potential equity We’re seeking a leader with a passion for craftsmanship, design, and premium headwear to elevate and grow this division. You will build and scale the division as a distinct fashion brand while leveraging the strength, infrastructure, and manufacturing expertise of a well-capitalized organization. Develop and execute the business strategy for the boutique cap divisionLead product development from concept through delivery, ensuring premium quality and design integrityOversee end-to-end operations including sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution (leveraging internal capabilities)Own divisional P&L, budgeting, and financial performanceBuild and establish a distinct brand identity within the fashion headwear marketDrive marketing initiatives including e-commerce, social media, retail, and wholesale channelsEnsure a high-end, consistent customer experience across all touchpointsRecruit, lead, and develop a dedicated team for the divisionManage supplier and vendor relationships while optimizing supply chain performanceEnsure compliance with industry standards and manage operational risksUtilize ERP, PLM, and analytics tools to support decision-making and growthQualifications
