Responsibilities: This candidate will work cross functionally in all aspects of the boutique (sales, business organization, business management, buying logistics, supply management, fashion merchandising, hiring and scheduling. • Ability to take initiative in completing all store tasks including delegating, time management, and prioritization. • Experience & love for fashion merchandising, and fashion styling. Work shifts are at our Downtown Northampton, MA location.
