Responsible for eCommerce product merchandising for the Coach Outlet website Own the end-to-end management of shop and product experiences for all products on the site with emphasis on Handbags, the largest product category Leverage digital customer and product insights to evaluate and help identify promotional strategies Manage ecommerce photography and functionality asset needs, development, and innovation across site Partner with Buying team in reviewing product flows, promotions, and 360 campaigns Review on site search and null results, ratings, and reviews, plus SEO data to help inform assortment decisions Sequence and monitor all Shops on the Coach Outlet website Update sequencing and refresh category shops based on data insights, inventory, newness, marketing, price changes and sales trends Check site and reports daily to identify and action on any needle-moving merch/site updates Serve as the go-to for any call outs or issues found within products or shops Leverage analytics tools and cross-functional partnerships to create best in class eCommerce experiences Own weekly and ad-hoc site reporting (shop, customer, diagnostics, search) to identify business opportunities Leverage business analysis & strong understanding of digital KPIs to track shop selling, identify key trends & maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve growth & profitability Participate in weekly team meetings with cross functional partners to better understand business results and inform brainstorming efforts Attend seasonal product walkthroughs and marketing kick off meetings to stay informed on primary product and marketing messages Keep a pulse on competitive landscape to help inform future strategies and brainstorming efforts Manage a team of two Associates, with a focus on coaching and long term talent development The accomplished individual will possess... Bachelors degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of professional experience in eCommerce or eCommerce merchandising/buying preferably fashion and/or retail background (or related industry) 2+ years of people management preferred Passion for eCommerce is a must Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy required; a thirst for learning and success Excellent communication skills and team oriented mindset Ability to effectively interact with team members and extensive cross functional network across all levels Demonstrate strong logical analysis and problem-solving skills Flexible and adaptive to changing priorities; able to organize, multi-task and prioritize workload to meet deadlines Excellent product sensibility and ability to merchandise site in a visually appealing way Must have strong Excel skills (i.e., knowledge of vlookups and pivot tables) Proficient with Google Analytics & knowledge of digital KPIs Demandware/SFCC/Plumslice or other site merchandising catalog a plus Our Competencies for All Employees Courage: Doesn’t hold back anything that needs to be said; provides current, direct, complete, and “actionable” positive and corrective feedback to others; lets people know where they stand; faces up to people problems on any person or situation (not including direct reports) quickly and directly; is not afraid to take negative action when necessary.
