Create and execute visually appealing and innovative displays that showcase our products and enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Collaborate with buying and marketing teams to develop effective merchandising strategies that drive sales and contribute to the overall success of the store.
Manage and motivate a team of visual merchandisers to ensure consistent and high-quality displays throughout the store.
Stay up-to-date with current fashion trends and incorporate them into visual displays.
Train and coach team members on visual merchandising techniques and brand standards.
Monitor and maintain visual standards, ensuring that all displays are visually appealing, well-maintained, and in line with company guidelines.
Plan and execute floor sets, window displays, and in-store events to attract and engage customers.
Manage inventory and supplies related to visual merchandising, ensuring that all materials are readily available and within budget.
Conduct regular store walks to identify opportunities for improvement and address any visual merchandising issues.
Maintain a safe and clean work environment, following all safety protocols and company policies.
Collaborate with store management to ensure visual merchandising is aligned with overall store goals and objectives.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to source materials and props for displays.
Attend training and conferences to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in visual merchandising.
Provide regular reports and updates to upper management on visual merchandising initiatives and results.
Act as a brand ambassador for Macy's, ensuring that all visual displays are in line with our brand image and messaging.
