Manage outbound transportation logistics as well as provide guidance and support to the company's internal and external stakeholders, including; Brands, US Customer Service, Distribution, Warehousing, 3rd Party Vendors, Suppliers, Retail Customers, Carriers and Northtec Operations Management. Lead or support cross functional teams on key projects and initiatives that align with the US customer service, PADC and PALC operations strategy. 20 % Manage operational outbound, Inbound and Interplant transport, to ensure service, cost and compliance % measures are achieved in support of the company's internal and external stakeholders. 20 % Manage the outbound shipping process to ensure alignment with Customer Service, PADC and retail % customer requirements, related to dock, shipping and on counter dates and/or production schedules. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross functional teams.
