The impact you can have • Research, identify trends and conceptualize new ideas that complement existing product or take the LOFT business in a new direction • Ideate direction of print, pattern and color for each collection • Stay abreast of trends, new techniques and resources in print design and fabric • Present new concepts and seasonal ideas to senior management and design for inspiration • Demonstrate strong awareness of apparel retail and fashion landscape • Build relationships with Cross-Functional partners and participate as a solution-oriented team member, contributing to a high performing team • Partner with Merchandising to ensure product buys reflect styling concept • Partner with Marketing to influence styling of product in marketing collateral • Partner with Design on print, pattern and color to meet all line plan and development needs Eligibility of certain benefits and associate programs are subject to employment type and role. This position works in a hybrid model, with three-four days per week worked in the Times Square Tower location and one-two days per week worked remotely.
