Brand: Victoria's Secret Position Summary: The Procurement Manager-Supplier Diversity is responsible for leading a Supplier Diversity program to ensure both short-term and long-term growth goals are met. The focus of the role is to grow existing and develop new business relationships with small, local, and/or certified diverse suppliers. Success in this role is accomplished by building meaningful relationships with key internal sourcing teams and the companies that can best meet their needs. This manager will influence and inform leadership’s thinking on the program performance and best practices; and will also be responsible for running, tracking, reporting and delivering various diverse supplier and spend data to drive recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop and maintain a good understanding of Brand and Function procurement-related goals and priorities.
