This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly visible team that oversees the entire store payroll budget that supports and generates $21B+ in annual sales. • Lead the monthly payroll allocation process and set the weekly payroll budget for each store across our entire 2,200+ store footprint, based on the latest business trends, field input, and budget targets. • Own and drive store payroll performance analysis (daily, weekly, and monthly) to dissect and quantify payroll variance drivers vs. targets. This role requires regular in-office presence, including to engage in in-person team interaction, meetings and collaboration, client support, mentoring, coaching, and/or feedback.
