Areas of focus include store workflow, inventory management, supplies management and approval, physical inventory, store operations and functional efficiency. • Ensures timely research of operational challenges or issues for Stores, Field Management, and Headquarters. • Maintains strong partnership with Store Support Team to share information, assists with projects and ensures deadlines are met. • Supports technology and operational rollouts in stores with partnership of cross functional teams. • Values individuality and the diverse talents of their team.
