Create and deploy SOPs to support successful implementation. Analyze, validate and finalize lead times by product category and agility model. Identify opportunities for lead-time reduction. Supply Chain Management Responsible for entire product lifecycle of products delivered through agility Manage and/or coordinate Supply activities related to agility models such as product development, sourcing, T&A management, RM staging and capacity booking, and working across multiple time horizons Partner with cross functional teams, supply teams & vendors to coordinate creation and management of color, graphics, style and other libraries to support agility models Manage vendor and supplier relationships and serve as key point of contact Partner and liaise with Supply leads on broader business strategies to ensure teams are aligned Partner with Supply Planning to ensure agility model strategies and implementation are aligned with capacity planning and strategies Partner with Production and Calendar team to drive accurate mapping of calendars and buy dates in line with agility models Foster “raw materials first” and agility mind-set and way of working across the company Focus on continuous improvement of process and tools Scale processes and tools to other brands within the division and to other global regions Support the organization in developing new ways of working, adapting our value chain to better meet the needs of the evolving consumer Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in related field; advanced degree a plus Experience working with speed models and in a supply chain or sourcing role Strong leadership, facilitation and project management skills Excellent communication skills Highly organized, action-driven, with strong attention to detail Ability to quickly understand organizational structures and inter-dependencies Strong understanding of the whole value chain Excellent problem solving and analytical skills Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills Must have strong influencing skills Provide recommendations and guide teams to make decisions in a timely manner Ability to work with leaders to provide team recommendations for final decisions Position is based in NYC; ability to work remotely, if needed PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
