With approximately 1,300 boutiques and outlets throughout the U.S., as well as an online presence for each of our brands, it takes sophisticated technology, resources and infrastructure to ensure the continued success of our businesses. This position is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of Chico’s, White House Black Market and Soma’s social selling strategy and tactics, as well as content creation for social media platforms, including video and still life content. Serves as on-air talent for social selling videos for all brands. Works closely with social media team and cross-functional marketing teams to maximize content. Partner with cross functional teams to ensure content is utilized among all digital channels where applicable Works closely with social marketing and community engagement team to provide the Most Amazing Personalize Service to our online community Responsible for working closely with marketing and creative teams to align goals and ensure smooth and timely implementation of content programs Responsible for weekly, monthly and quarterly social selling reporting.
