Specific Responsibilities As a key member of the Business Analytics team, the Analytics Manager will work with a team of problem solvers to help to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution related to SAP Analytics & Reporting Applications. Leverage industry specific knowledge specific to AFS/FMS/Retail systems to identify complex issues and build long-term business relationships with key executives Participate in business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal development as well as contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of our Business Intelligence/Analytics methodologies Manage and provide leadership to teams of staff level professionals and become actively involved in staff development and practice management Build trust with teams and stakeholders through open and honest conversation. Advise stakeholders on relevant technical issues for their business area. Skills and Requirements Bachelor’s Degree required. Advanced degrees and certifications a plus Minimum of 10 years of SAP Analytics/Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse (BI/ BW) experience leading and delivering full life cycle implementations Minimum 10 years of data warehousing and database concepts experience Functional experience of SAP AFS and Retail systems is highly desired Functional knowledge of SAP BW, Analysis for Office, Webi, HANA Studio, understanding Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) delivering functionality on time, on budget and to meet business needs, experience in the development, implementation, and management of an SAP Business Intelligence Architecture strategy and roadmap Demonstrating intimate-level knowledge and success with the SAP product suite leading or assisting with technical development efforts and off-shore development resources.
