## Job description \- Support Product Marketing in developing new launch plan and scenarios for launch (launch, sets/holiday, exclusives), accurately planning growth and drawing on analyses of previous performance; solicits input from Account Leads and Account Planners on plan \- Develops and tracks New launch pipe side by side and cannibalization report for use in planning cycle \- Support Product Marketing in developing new launch plans estimates for marketing presentation 12 months in advance for retailers' input; attends launch proposal meetings \- Analyzes and makes recommendations on account & door distribution lineup \- Collaborate with Demand Planning on new launch plan proposals; evaluate pipe and forward 3 month plan to ensure door counts/events can be covered \- Analyze monthly and rolling plans for all launch products with Demand Planning \- Works with Replenishment, retailers and Account Planners to develop recommendations for ordering parameters for launch, holiday/sets, and exclusives \- Works with product marketing to set and track ship and on-counter dates \- Develop reporting package for planners consisting of launches, discounts, discontinued sku's, SRP increases, to be used during the LRP / planning process Launch Execution \- Enters in allocations by Account into LFW \- Acts as the brand representative on the rollout of the new launch allocation tool providing feedback and recommendations to ensure a successful implementation. Reporting and Analytics \- Develops and recommends markdown strategy through providing analysis on past performance; works with Account Planners to executes markdown strategy and communicate to field \- Ensure financial accuracy through tracking and submitting ELC funded discounts to Finance for monthly accrual \- Issue monthly Weeks of Supply Analysis by account including commentary and recommendations to meet targets \- Issues launch and limited life sell through reporting - Track and adjust for DIF quantities to ensure accurate sell thru reporting \- Develops analysis and review of launch, sets/holiday, and exclusives to inform business decisions \- Issue fill rate report/ Out of Stock report \- Leads the returns process by issuing monthly returns scorecard and monitoring returns levels by account and return category \- Compiles and issues discontinued list in a timely manner to ensure minimal excess inventory in trade \- Issue exception report with commentary from GBSC Bi-Weekly New Product Launch call \- Develop reciprocal logic for sales ramp up/ramp down during holiday \- Ad Hoc reporting as needed to support the evolving needs of the business [i.e. recapture, test market, education, etc.] AERIN Sales & Shipments \- Develop and track monthly Gross to Net ship estimate for AERIN and provide feedback and recommendations to Director-AERIN Beauty \- Issue weekly sell thru results for AERIN and work with Account Leads / planners to project balance of year MFP / Subcategory Plan: \- Leads the Seasonal Category planning process by working with marketing and account planners to manage MFP process including but not limited to: \- Consolidation of account plans and creation of planning document and category railroad \- Coordinating and leading marketing / account planner reconciliation calls \- Providing recaps to Head of Account & Sales Planning and Marketing Other responsibilities: \- Gives input to Marketing Ops/Marketing Services as they develop the retailer packet to be issued 90 days before season start, including new launches, SRP changes, etc. Collaborate with replenishment group to review on counter service level and provide commentary to be used by VP of replenishment in monthly SIOP \- Attends weekly merchandising meetings to review launch programs \- Attends marketing team status meetings \- Provides input on priority ship schedule to Marketing Operations/Marketing Services \- Work with replenishment group to approve profile tag classifications for all new productsDevelops door volume code recommendations & assists in maintaining door master file
