Manager, Retention Marketing Tech Operations

As part of our team, you'll own, guide, and direct marketing efforts. Essential Functions: \- Manage and drive strategic operations roadmap to deliver and support business capabilities across internal and external partners. \- Minimum of 4 years of hands on experience leading marketing technology or data product management. \- 2-3 years of proven experience leading and mentoring a robust team, working in a matrixed, cross-functional organization. \- Successfully build collaborative partnerships across the organization, independently manage projects, and work effectively with other team members and leadership.Work Hours: \- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
