Description of Responsibilities: The Manager, Retail Operations manages the daily operational needs of the retail environment for all stores and concessions across all brands on behalf of the Corporate office, in issues relating to store systems, policies and procedures, software training, financial control, inventory management, supplies, packaging and tailoring. Overview of Critical Duties: Manage the operational processes and procedures regarding internal communications between the Corporate Office and field locations. Manage the flow of merchandise feedback from field to corporate office, gathering relevant information, assessing impact, communicating issues and finding resolutions. Support and direct retail management teams to ensure all stores are in compliance with the Company’s operational policies and procedures. Knowledge of basic computer software Management with 5 years of experience in the field Strong interpersonal skills – ability to lead teams and build partnerships Ability to interact with different levels of corporate support departments and field partners.
