The Manager will negotiate, manage, and present for approval, real estate deals consistent with our strategy for existing stores. The Manager will work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal and Store Operations. Liaise with Finance, Store Operations, Construction, Legal and Facilities in support of deal negotiations, lease execution and capital projects. Complete special project assignments affecting the company’s real estate portfolio and department processes and procedures Networks with industry professionals, landlords and other specialty and mall retailers. Participate in International Council of Shopping Centers and other Real Estate seminars or forums that are geared towards Retail Real Estate Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree 5+ years retail or mall real estate deal making experience Skills and Behaviors: Excellent presentation, organizational, analytical, written and communicative skills.
